“ This store is a ok in my book! I usually go here over a more commercial or widely known store for the variety of reasonably priced produce. The produce section is large with items I love. The last trip I managed to get a whole pomegranate for $1.99 which I couldn't get over. Another great part of the store is the fish market. I believe it's run by the same company as the rest of the supermarket but you pay once you order your fish or shellfish selections. They have frozen seafood available as well. The only drawback for me about this section is the floors are usually very wet and I manage to always have on flip flops and long pants. Bad combo. The meat department is decent as well. The variety is great and there is a butcher on hand to cut meat to your liking. The dairy department could use more work. Not many lowfat or fat free items. The rest of the store is like a maze to me. Plenty of items to choose from. I'm still getting familiar with this section. I tend to get lost in this area. At the cashiers, they aren't quite up to date with their machines. Occasionally I run into a cashier who is not familiar w the prices. Which makes the time at the counter longer. All in all a pretty good store for the neighborhood! Check it out! ”
“ One behemoth of a store where everything is fresh and smells great. Upon entering youre greeted with the sweet smell of pineapples and tangerines. The door is wide and the carts are painful. Venture in a little further (past the plastic curtains) and you'll have your pick of fruits and verges. A little further back is the sea food sectio, but right before it is a mound of spices most of which dont originate in America. The staff here is very friendly and helpful....they never seem reluctant to help you either. The meat section is VERY VERY COLD so be prepaired to have goose bumps the entire time. Its all worth it thigh....the freshness of the meats makes you want to cook it on the spot. Lastly the cashiers are quick and efficient....not to mention courteous and jolly. *cash and credit* ”
